Most enterprise AI stories focus exclusively on the tools. This talk focuses on the missing piece: what has to change around the tools to make agent adoption a reality in production.

In our engineering organization, the biggest productivity gains did not come from access to stronger models or clever prompt engineering. They came from completely redesigning how our teams work. We found that ad hoc AI usage does not scale, onboarding friction compounds fast, and validation quickly becomes the real bottleneck.

To move forward, we had to treat agent adoption as an operating model problem, not just a tooling rollout.

In this session, we will share practical lessons and architectural shifts from our transition, including:
Standardizing the Setup: Moving from manual, fragmented environments to standardized team profiles, reusable skills, and MCP-backed tooling.

The New SDLC: Building a structured path from early exploration to planning, implementation, verification, and review using agentic workflows.

Upskilling for Judgment: Why developer training must shift away from "prompt tricks" toward architectural oversight, tool interoperability, and responsible use.
