About me
Clare Liguori is a Senior Principal Software Engineer at AWS, focusing on developer tooling and agentic AI. She primarily works on Kiro and Strands Agents SDK. She is also a core maintainer of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) specification. Over 12+ years at Amazon, she has worked on AWS Proton, Amazon ECS, the AWS Code Suite, and open source projects including AWS CDK, Spinnaker, and Backstage. Before Amazon, she was a software engineer at Motorola Solutions in the WiFi space. She holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
