Roman Swoszowski is a co-founder of Grape Up and its VP of Product Development. He sets the company's technical direction across AI, data, and cloud - deciding what gets built and making sure the products solve real problems for customers and hold up in the market.He has over 20 years in IT, much of it in technical and delivery-focused roles. He works closely with leadership and the engineering teams, connecting the company's goals with what is technically feasible to deliver.Roman has been responsible for building Grape Up's own products - Cloudboostr, an EU-based open cloud platform, and Databoostr, a data-sharing and monetization solution. His current focus is Aiboostr, an enterprise platform that helps organizations govern how AI models and agents are used across the company.
